On-time, thorough service, gave me a clear maintenance schedule for next year.
Was a control-board fault. Nomvula sorted it but the unit cut out again within a week and I had to follow up. Eventually fixed but communication was slow.
Got the part and installed it. Took a few days to source. Working well since.
Issue came back about three weeks later, had to call her back. She did fix it the second time at no extra cost, but I would've preferred it diagnosed properly first.
Diagnosed the heating element, replaced it the same visit. Working fine. Slightly pricey on the part — but it is what it is.
Both units cleaned and the musty smell is gone. Nomvula explained the filter-change schedule clearly. Reasonable price.
