Looking for a reliable cleaner for a once-a-week deep tidy. Two bed, one bath, open-plan kitchen/lounge. Saturdays preferred.

Main toilet barely flushes — needs to be pressed two or three times. Probably the cistern mechanism. Need someone to assess and replace if needed.

Now that the garden's been tidied, looking for someone reliable to come weekly for the mow and a monthly hedge trim.

Fridge compartment isn't cooling but freezer still works. Lights and display are on. Started yesterday. Need someone soon.

Working from home permanently now — need three extra plugs in the spare room (one wall, two at the desk). Some chasing might be required.

Brown patch on bathroom ceiling, growing slowly. Flat upstairs has been notified — they say there's no issue on their side. Need someone to actually find the leak.
